Direct Mac purchase

For a SideAce purchase made on this website through Stripe, email support@adeptuslabs.xyz with the purchase email and Stripe receipt identifier. We will review the request under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Do not send full payment-card details.

Apple App Store

For an Apple purchase, use Apple’s official refund-request guidance or contact Apple Support.

Microsoft Store

For a Microsoft purchase, use Microsoft’s official return and refund guidance or contact Microsoft Support.

For a technical problem with SideAce, email support@adeptuslabs.xyz. Product support cannot approve or process an Apple or Microsoft refund.
